OLIVER R J WALKER

Over the years Oliver has been cultivating his repertoire of Yoga, guided meditation and sound healing. He started off his journey learning the art of Raynor massage and then became an advanced therapist. Oliver and Lucy then felt the need to start producing and hosting retreats/ courses to help others to increase their knowledge and understanding of these ancient traditions and so The Retreat People was born.

He has an intuitive, natural talent that fuels his soul. “I love creating beautiful vegan / vegetarian meals for our guests. Using organic produce, from farm to table. Balancing the mind, body and soul.”

He is also a music producer, currently exploring sound healing with Tibetan singing bowls mixed with ambient music and solfeggio frequencies.

OLIVIA WOOD

Olivia Wood is a trauma healing and embodiment guide.

She shares practices, tools and techniques for self-healing and self-empowerment, through 1-2-1 sessions, workshops and courses, and holds space for group healing experiences.

Olivia’s approach to healing is multi-dimensional – physical, psychological, emotional and spiritual – while simple and accessible for anyone ready to receive. This is ancient wisdom for the New Earth.

Her mission is to inspire and empower people who are ready to take full responsibility for their health and wellbeing to heal their traumas, fully embody their sacred vessels, and re-write their stories.

Olivia believes that by moving beyond our conditioned mind and limiting beliefs, and by learning to trust our body’s innate wisdom, we can become masters of our energy and lives.

Her various trainings in shamanic healing, yoga, tantra, energy medicine, bodywork, and transformational facilitation, as well as her personal journey of trauma healing, gives Olivia an informed and embodied understanding of the human mind-body-soul relationship and how stress and trauma interrupt our natural state of balance and bliss.

Olivia is always learning. She shares as she grows. Her work reflects her commitment to her own healing and awakening journey. Her greatest teacher is her body.
